Return policy

At TOOLS RADICAL , we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not, you have 14 calendar days from receipt of the product to request a return.

• The product must be in its original condition, unused and with its packaging intact.
• Must include all accessories, manuals and original documentation.
• Returns will not be accepted for personalized or special order products.
• Return shipping costs will be borne by the customer, except in the case of a defective product or an error in the order.

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

1. Send an email to toolsradical@gmail.com with the subject "Refund Request".
2. Include your order number, photos of the product and the reason for the return in the email.
3. Once the return is approved, we will provide you with the shipping address.
4. After receiving the product and verifying its condition, we will process the refund within 7 days.

If the product you received is damaged or does not correspond to your order, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt. In this case, we will assume the return and replacement costs.

Once approved, the refund will be made using the same payment method used for the purchase. Initial shipping costs will not be refunded, except in the event of an error on our part.
